Meet emily rae

Hey, I’m Emily Rae, a Sydney marriage celebrant, wedding MC and on-the-day coordinator. Bubbly by nature, organised by instinct, and very much in your corner.

You know that friend who gets excited about your plans, asks all the questions and then quietly starts working out how to make them happen? That’s the energy I bring to your wedding.

We’ll talk about how you met, what makes you laugh and the little things that make your relationship yours. Somewhere between the stories and the planning, I want you to feel comfortable enough to say, “Actually, can we do it this way?”

YES! I GOT YOU!

Coordination pro turned ceremony queen

Before I was the person holding the ceremony microphone, I worked in weddings, events and coordination. Add a background as an executive assistant, and you can probably imagine how I feel about a well-organised timeline.

I know how much goes into the moments that look effortless. The supplier conversations, the timing, the thoughtful details and knowing when someone needs a clear answer or a moment to breathe.

That experience comes with me into every wedding. Alongside the excitement, you’ll get practical guidance, thoughtful preparation and someone who can keep a calm head when plans shift.

Whether I’m marrying you, hosting your reception or coordinating your day, I want you to feel looked after.

A little more you. A whole lot of heart.

“Your Day” is the heart of my business, because your personalities should have a place in your wedding.

Maybe you’re imagining a room full of laughter. Maybe you’re a little nervous about being the centre of attention. Maybe you want something intimate, with your favourite people close enough to hear your voices wobble. We’ll find what feels right for you.

As your celebrant, I’ll guide you through the legal paperwork and help you understand what happens next. For a personalised ceremony, we’ll shape your story into words you feel proud to stand up and say with room for the laughter, the emotion and the occasional happy interruption or chaotic moment.

And when I’m away from weddings? You’ll usually find me out for a coffee and an ocean walk, spending time with my partner Jarrod and our rescue dog Archie, or giving surfing another go.

But enough about me. I’d love to hear about the two of you.

Tell me what you’re planning, what you’re excited about and anything you haven’t quite figured out yet. We’ll start there.
